Pullens Grafton we’re hopeless with providing after sales services after purchasing a faulty Thunderbird electric fence energiser. They were happy enough to take our money but when we encountered issues with the unit they weren’t interested with assisting us, instead insisting we deal directly with the manufacturer. What a joke! Would not recommend!
