The best moving service I have had so far in Melbourne. I contacted Ronnie just a day before the move as the mover that I had previously booked on Airtasker cancelled the job at the last minute and we were stuck. Ronnie responded on time and assured us that he will come and get the job done the very next day. He was very professional with his work and got all our stuff in their best shape without any damage whatsoever. They have all the tools and equipment required for the job and are very professional. I highly recommend Ronnie and his team for all their services.

Had a great experience with Grand Australian Experience. Service was exceptional. Aarastu was professional and engaging. The other team member were amazing, efficient and courteous. My transit to the destination was extremely efficient. I would highly recommend Grand Australian Experience to any person or company whom values excellence and professionalism when relocating.

The movers kept in touch with us and were easy to get a hold of. All our stuff was intact, none of our monitors, TVs or breakables were chipped or broken. They were very careful with our walls too, no marks anywhere.They were cheery and easy going so that made move the easier too! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic guys they listened to everything we asked of them they wrapped all of our furniture with blankets and straps and did the whole move out and move in in 3 hours. Highly recommend

***Wow… Seriously this guys are joke*** DO NOT USE THEMTwo adult very fit man took almost (2) hours to load up standard 2 bedroom apartment in Southbank with booked private elevator.I had all boxes packed up and all furniture dismantled. They deliberately wasted time to charge overtime and worked super slow. I had to asked them few time politely to hurry up as we had elevator booked for 2 hours.They dropped stuff at loading loading doc and didn’t even fill the truck up. At the drop off destination they didn’t want to use trolley as they were not “suitable”… building manager gave me IKEA trolleys as they would take ages if allowed them. Job wasn’t finished and they confronted me to release payment on Airtasker which I did straight away and they asked for for cash + had to do additionally do bank transfer. Job was $285 through Airtasker + $200 cash + $100 through bank transfer. End up wasting almost $600 on lazy SCAM removalist company where me and my partner did most of lifting. Absolute RUBBISH andJOKE!!!!!

Worst service I've ever seen. We booked 2 movers to move a standard 2 bedroom apartment. Everything was packed and ready to take down. There was no more than 25 standard size boxes that can be carried by one person, 2 beds, 2 piece sofa, kitchen table, 2 tvs. We had the elevater booked for 2 hours. Nothing was in the truck whatsoever on the first run. It wasn't until I instructed them to leave everything at the loading dock until everything is brought down and then pack the truck it was finally ready to load the truck. The truck was loaded in 45 mins when myself and partner actually did most of the labour. They charged us $585 because we needed them in total 4 hours when we could have had the whole moved done in 2 hours. They confronted my partner to release the payment from Airtasker and demanded $300 in cash and $100 transfer and refused to give the keys over until payment was made.I would love for the owner to contact us if possibleNext time will stick with man with a van.
