We had a lovely toasted sandwich lunch here recently. Good serving. Mine had chips included in the price for $11. My partner ordered extra fries with his sandwich.Coffee was very nice. Was quite busy but we didn't have to wait too long. We did enjoy our meal and service was good.

We love Cafe 63, but this store is not up to scratch and offers a disappointing dining experience, and store-room like ambiance. Felt like a CHEAP KNOCKOFF of the 63 brand cafe. Expect very little from this store.The ambiance is cheap and unsightly with storage boxes and even a vacuum cleaners stored on the selves of the front dining area. See photo of storage, stained boxes on shelving in DINING area!!! Cafe area looked unkept and in need of general clean.The service was bare minimum and dismal, even though there were 3 staff members and only 4 patrons dining at the cafe at the time.I think 63’s HEAD OFFICE SHOULD STEP IN and insist that the quality of service, food and interior reflect the brand quality of that of other branches, like Chermside.We ordered two bread and dip plates and the dips came In babycino paper cups! The second plate of toasted bread was burnt.Sandgate could do with a lovely cafe 63, but it seems that in this case this franchise branch has chosen to completely misunderstand the usual ‘63’ dining excellent experience by offering such a half-hearted attempt.We will not be returning to this cafe 63!

What a lovely cafe. Service was spot on, food was great. Little extra touches like having the jams etc on the table, we're a really nice surprise. Nice to also have dog friendly tables for those inclined. The scone was fluffy, the fruit toast was delicious and the apple slice was incredible.All in all, a lovely experience.

Had a dine in, the food was super quick. Received my iced coffee and had a sip and it tasted funny.At the very bottom was an old slice of orange that looked like the cup had not been cleaned from the previous person. Staff were not very apologetic and did not seem to care or be phased, or did not straight away offer a refund or anything, however after myself and my friend insisted on an apology or at least something, I was provided with a new drink and a refund reluctantly and dismissively. Very disappointed by this as it was very poor service and the fact that this was a massive health hazard is actually disgusting. Do not not understand how you cannot see an old orange at the bottom of an iced coffee which is so gross and ridiculous. Will never be going back this was a horrible experience and makes gag. Normally I would not batter an eyelid about a mistake but this is really disgusting and should not happen at any restaurant. This is utterly disgusting. Ps would like to rate this 0 stars but google is too kind.

My daughter ordered the chicken nuggets with chips and she has severe asthma and we didn't know they put chicken salt on the chips no one told us so she had a couple chips an had a bad asthma attack and had to go on a machine to help her breath. YOU NEED TO LET PEOPLE KNOW THAT YOU OUT CHICKEN SALT ON THE MEAL SOME PEOPLE CAN'T HAVE IT!!!! Very angry!! will never go back!

Nice little well shaded cafe with a calming outlook over a park with a lake and some birds. It has a huge menu of food items - at least 100 different options with all sorts of silly names. Dog friendly. Vegetarian friendly.
