Dealt with Sam from parts department today and he was an absolute legend helping me out in a pickle and really went above and beyond. Need more people like this in the industry!!

Buying a new car should be a good experience but not with ldv Sunshine Coast , they seems not to care about selling , made several phone calls about buying a new van for work , no one really care or showed me any interest about selling the car , lack of attention is horrible , called the sales manager ,left a voice mensagem ,never birthed calling me back, errors on invoices , I deeply regret buying this car from them

Woeful experience every time I'm here, I actually hate coming here!!!I bought an LDV G10 from Brisbane great service from the sales team there. As I reside on the Sunny Coast I unfortunately have to come here for services and warranty work. The latest was my cup holder is broken and my tailgate is hanging off. I had to book 3 months in advance to get a courtesy car, . I have left the service centre today after they had my car for 6 hours without cup holder fixed and my tailgate still hanging off. I have a 3&4 year old and if you have children you know how annoying and awkward getting their seats in and out of cars can be, especially when the are asleep but I will need to do this again in the future. Devastated I have to come back hereI just don't get it!!! They had 3 months to plan for this warranty work. I will drive down to Brisbane for warranty work after this one is resolved.Don't get me started on the service side of things, I now go elsewhere for servicing.Plain awful. Can I give half a star?

Worst customer service, definitely will never come back ever. Not keen to make a sale obviously.

Wrong price quoted on a part even when I clarified if there was a superseded part. Job has now cost me money. Will not be using LDV Maroochydore in the future.

In light of recent changes and service we have received I’ve reviewed my previous lower rating. Keep up the new good work. I've had my issues attended to.

Better service elsewhere. Went to purchase new car ended up finding a dealer in Redcliffe that was extremely helpful.

A car brand is only as good as the service network behind it. LDV ticks this box with 5 stars. Great booking process, quick turn around and polite customer relations. Well done guys and thank you.
