Highly knowledgeable and supportive trainer.Classes are fun and make you feel like you've had a good workout.Tailors programs to suit clients' needs.Great class times that suit my work commitments.Friendly, professional and organised.Thanks to Lisa I've managed to reach my personal goals. Highly recommended. Each & every workout is different. You never know what your going to walk into, but I always leave feeling I've accomplished something. Lisa guides her clients throughout the session and continues to support whilst working out. There is a timeslot for everyone, whether your an early bird or a night owl.Joining the team in Jan 2022 has changed my life. Thankyou Lisa!
