My sister and I got an iced mocha with almond milk and a dirty chai. Chai tasted gross and milk was boiling hot we couldn’t taste the chai and it was bitter . The ice mocha was horrid . It was warm with little ice bitter and gross.It was deeply unsatisfactory and not pleasurable at all. We THREW it out after 1 sip.You are better off making ur own drinks at home Bcs the service and quality of beverages here isn’t worth the hard earned money.

I’m a regular customer here, been coming here for years. Though I don’t live as close as I used to, still worth a trip! Love my mocha! Recognises regular customers too. Always a friendly service!

Their coffee is amazing its a shame their customer service is terrible. I clearly had a $10 note in my hand but was made to pay EFT without any signage or even asking me verbally to to so. Meanwhile the customer after me paid in cash... Go figure. Im turned off here now especially as their are about 5 other places to get coffee and I chose them, but not next time.

Got my kids 2 milkshakes and 2 hot chocolates for my husband and I and they are delicious. Highly recommend. They also have cakes, pies, sausage rolls etc

bought their pistachio and raspberry cake, no sign of raspberry in the cake at all. very disappointed since their orange and almond cake is so good.update: your description is then misleading as the pistachio flavour was very prominent whilst the raspberry was pretty much nonexistent. Changing the description to pistachio cake would be much more fitting then. Might come back for your other cakes just disappointed in this one. Have a good day :)

2021 COVID dilemmas!But its such another beautiful day in the lives of FRANKY & CO at Plumpton NSW.Service is meet with a gentle smile and a heartfelt warmth. Cafe’ spectacular clean and the food ever so Devine and well presented.The moment I sip on my vanilla soy latte, and felt the silky texture flow down my throat was the moment I realised that FRANKY & CO was the best place to pick up my lunch meal whilst complying with Covid regulations.Five stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The best coffee and hot chocolate. They make my day :) such a wonderful customer service. The staff is very friendly, kind and smiling always. I have had coffee in thousands of places but the real satisfaction is having it from here :)
