I just wanted to write a quick review about this amazing store.. I found a product on MarketPlace listed by them.. I wrote through Messenger about how to purchase the item.. I soon found it on their website and placed my order.. In the meantime, they wrote to me on Messenger saying they saw that I did order the product and let me know they would be shipping it shortly after.. I ordered it late Thursday night.. They shipped the product Friday and I had it at the door on Monday morning.. Great communication.. Super fast service.. Great product.. It was exactly as described and I couldn't be happier.. I will look to them for future purchases as this is how online ordering should be.. Many companies in Oz should learn from this company on how to do online orders... Five stars and many thanks..

Be careful when buying from this store.Their prices for second hand goods are often WAY ABOVE retail (+25%) and they refuse to negotiate. I even offered $30 for an item which at JB HiFi is currently only $29 and they still wouldn't budge.Do your homework and don't be fooled into thinking second hand automatically means a good price.

Im a huge fan of buying second hand stuff and Pennywise did not disappoint. From the time I found my jewellery piece online to the customer service in store it was a happy buying experience! Thanks again team Pennywise!!

I saw a product advertised online, i paid the money and it arrived. exactly as advertised. Michelle included for me a free gift and I am very happy 1st time customers. Pennywise are in my opinion, honest, reliable and great to deal with

Just got my Google Nest Hub's delivery on 2nd day. That was very quick and the product is in absolutely excellent condition. Moreover, thank you so much for a tiny power bank as a gift. Surely recommend.
