I recently purchased a high-end market house through Sonia, and I must say that my experience as a buyer was highly disappointing. While it seems she was effective in catering to the seller's needs.Initially, Sonia enticed me to attend an auction by claiming that the seller was desperate to sell the house. However, the seller wan't in rush at all.Once the paperwork was signed, the communication from Sonia's end was practically non-existent. Calls and emails went unanswered, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued as a client. I was only allowed to inspect the house only once before having the keys and prevented me from showing the house to my builder for renovation purposes. Same thing happened when I asked for building plan frequent times. Although I understand that the seller may have had restrictions, I believe that Sonia could have done more to facilitate the process and address my concerns.
