I have found Australian Hearing Ipswich to be a friendly, helpful and efficient business. The receptionist, office staff and audiologists are patient and caring and unfailingly cheerful. Special thanks to audiologists James Clark for fitting me out with, and talking me through, looking after new hearing aids in a thoroughly professional and comprehensive manner. Initial assessments and follow up visits have resulted in much improved hearing for me. I would recommend this company to anyone needing help to hear better.

Very helpful. Budget hearing aids are only for speech. No good if you want to watch a movie or listen to music as it lacks the sounds in the lower or higher notes. I have not had the chance to try higher priced hearing aids, so I have no comparison. There is a way around it by purchasing Sennheiser ear headphones of which can be plugged into tv.

It was a very enjoyable appointment the staff were magnificent they were professional friendly and went out of there way to make you feel comfortable they could not do enough for you. One of the best services I have been to. Definitely recommend to friends and family.
