Worst management i have ever seen, bad service asked for help and got told go look in the isles the item should be there somewhere. would not recommend going to this store at all worth travelling to another one

I’d like to thank the customer service chap (Benjamin Rutberg) for his service during my last visit.Prior to serving me, I observed him dealing with a very difficult customer.His customer service and professional attitude was clearly on show.He is to be highly commended in his respectful, calm and patient approach.No doubt this young man will go far.

Poor customer service. Despite being in shop they refused to handover a key waiting at counter for p-u and already paid for a few minutes ahead of opening times.
