We rented a property through Explore for about two years and the stand out part of the experience was our property manager Michelle. She was always friendly and wonderful to deal with including when we vacated the property. She was also always easy to get in contact with and highly responsive to emails and following up. We had a baby while she was our PM and she was flexible with us when needed. One of the hard parts of being renters is never being able to feel fully at home but Michelle always made us feel valued as tenants in a way that we have not experienced before whilst also looking after the owners interests and their home. If Michelle is your property manager you know your property is in very capable hands and your tenants are looked after 10/10.
