East Bay Campground and Betty’s campground are the other two in the area but both overcrowded with no privacy. Normans offered space and quiet with a beautiful inlet and short walk to the beach. Thank you to the City of Albany for providing free camping and maintaining the sites. Beware there are very few spots at all these 3 campground and they’re not bookable so you need to get in quick - that being said we were there just after new year and got lucky so I wouldn’t let it stop you from trying!

The beach is great. The camp spot is now defined into bays, so less people can now stay there, and they now check how many people stay each night. You can stay 7 nights.

Norman's Beach
Great camping area. Only 5 spots available for a max of 7 days, caretaker comes around and checks. Drop toilets and bins. About a 10 minute walk along a made track to the beach a large set of steps takes you on to the beach, nice scenery and good beach to walk along. Camp sites being away from the beach are in a nice bush setting that's sheltered from the wind

Norman's Beach
Beautiful beach, clean area. Road in was a little corrugated in places. Clean toilet, nice picnic tables. Bins were full so be prepared to take your rubbish with you. Camp sites close to inlet. Great place to stop over for a night ot two.

Norman's Beach
Loved our day/night at Norman's Beach. The camp hosts (Margaret and Scott) were wonderfully welcoming, and made sure everyone was accommodated. What a great community service this campsite is.

Norman's Beach
Great spot, drop toilet and a couple bins emptied weekly. Only 6 sites but people will try and get between sites which is so annoying, if it is full move on as it does make the experience less enjoyable.

Norman's Beach
Small campground with 5 camping sites at Norman's Beach in Manypeaks, WA with limited facilities.Time and Cost: 7 days, free.Access: 3 - 4 km of 2WD dirt road in reasonable condition into campgroundFacilities: Grass/sandy base parking areas with some shade. Facilities include a single drop toilet, bins and seating/tables. Poor Telstra reception but no Optus or TV.Ambiance: Quiet, peaceful and scenic. Some sites sheltered from wind, short 300-400m walk to beach.Good for a multi-night stay for 5 self-contained vehicles at a time. Quite popular so good idea to arrive early in the day for best chance of securing a site.
