Our car broke down on the highway north of Gympie while towing our van to Hervey Bay, we were lucky enough to get Cory as our responder as he knows a lot about Fords. He resolved the problem in about 10 secs. Very happy with him and response from RACQ.

Fantastic service and response from the lady at RACQ and the towing guy's when my vehicle blew a radiator hose this morning.

We had an old for new insurance for the first 2 years and my husband had an accident 2 days after the policy expired, no fault of his and RACQ will not honour the agreement. 2 DAYS. Only a small amount extra bit a lot to us, which would make a big difference. My husband is now without a car. I have many policies but thinking of switching to another company.

Literally joined them 24 hrs ago and have already used twice :( ...customer service was amazing product was cheap and the roadside bloke I got on both occasions Simon was top shelf got me sorted and back on the road....if you don't have RACQ get it now lol

Fast response was good in that regard tow truck driver was professional.But the lack of information or options stranded in a new town without any kind of help for our situation as well as having to wait for over two weeks before our car was even looked at with the only other option to pay extra money.No information on opening times accommodation or services available to us.The mechanics that our car was given to had absolutely appalling communication over several days giving many excuses and quotes hand typed with out a breakdown of costings what a joke, not including the car was not test driven leaving a simple fix bracket bent on steering shaft restricting steering and creating a potential Major risk.

Service is fine but when the mechanic came out to install new battery I was informed that there would be no warranty as my Mitsubishi express was not on the list of cars, I arranged purchase elsewhere. Racq not much help.
