El Amore Carwash Cafe

I took my car to El Amore carwash next to the shopping centre. The car was in a terrible state with tonnes of dog fur just stuck to the carpet and seats. There was dirt everywhere and wouldn’t have been a pleasant job. Jeff and the team smashed this job out and now my car looks as good as new. Just wanted to share my experience and highly recommend the team for any detailing services. Thanks again and sorry for the state of my car :)

Unfortunately my experience was not great. Booked in my 3 year old white ute for a full detail clay bar, wax, machine buff polish and interior as well.Left the car at the wash for a full day. Upon returning the exterior looked the same, wheels weren’t washed , bits of dirt still on the exterior and the roof hadn’t been touched. There was some patchy chaulk from some spot cleaning but apart from that the exterior was barely touched. It was said that they forgot to claybar the exterior but did polish and wax it however even remnants of previous dirt still on the vehicle.Interior still had dirt in various places eg centre console, seats.I was offered to return the car on the Saturday which i did and left the car around 8:30 and pick up was around 12.Car was slightly better on the exterior however dirt was still evident.The exterior still had chaulk from the wax all over it from the detail and wax marks on black parts of the exterior. Wheels still weren’t clean and interior parts as mentioned before were still there.Tried to support a local business however I had to wash and then hand polish and wax parts of the car on my sunday.The car still needs a proper exterior machine buff as it is patchy and looks really obvious now where it has and hasn’t been machine buffed.Paid $220.Quote for another detailer to correct the exterior $250-$300Overall cost will eventually be $450 - $500 plus 1 1/2 days car less and a couple of my own hours re washing the car and vacuuming.I should ask for my money back as It took 1 1/2 days out of my week and i still spent 2 hours washing it on the Sunday and I still need it professionally machine buffed which will cost me similar to the cost at El Amore wash.

The staff are truly amazing and went out of their way to explain everything...even better than 10 out of 10. I will certainly become a regular and would highly recommend El Amore, Jeff and his staff. The food and fresh juices at the cafe make for a very relaxing experience. Thanks Jeff!!!

Took my car for a very comprehensive clean inside and out as well as a buff polish plus a few extras that needed doing, wasn’t sure how long the work would take, turns out it was going to take three hours, Lisa arranged for me to be driven home and collected when my car was finished. My car looks fantastic, so clean and fresh. I will definately be back again, the service was excellent

Not much at all really. I was the last customer and was informed they would be closing early so I asked if there was enough time to complete the job because I was happy to come back another day and being local and also had a gift voucher I would be returning. The job was obviously rushed as there were several spots inside in wiping and vacuuming not done and outside not completed such as the grooves on each side of the roof were still dirty. We had to finish the job ourselves. I've used your car wash a couple of times before and found it to be ok but unfortunately this time was less than ok. Hopefully your staff can improve on this on future customers vehicles. I'm not writing this to receive another car wash as I don't want one but hopefully to improve your service. As for the cafe service it was great as it always is as I go to the cafe often. Always friendly and great coffee and food.

They did Pretty good work, affordable prices.front glass wasn't really clean from the edge

Very bad experience. The guy tried to charge me extra cash as the owner keep forgetting change the price on the board .I will never go back and not recommend it at all.

Pretty pathetic attempt at cleaning a car....VERY DISAPPOINTED! Paid for complete wash with door jams and wheels to be washed....well the photos tell the story....could have done better myself with my eyes closed. Car also had something dragged over rear right hand side doorway, I suspect the vacuum cleaner....left bad scratches.I would NEVER go back there!!!

Had my car fully detailed and Jeff was amazing. Service is top notch, not to mention my car looks great and brand new! Would definitely recommend them for their full detailing services!

My car looks absolutely sensational. One of the best car wash experiences I’ve ever had. Ethan and Blake were so lovely and explained everything I needed to know about what they had done to my car for an exterior and interior clean.
