It was a pleasure dealing with Nathan. I was buying from interstate which was hard for me to get up there and inspect the property and know if I was getting a good buy or notI was put into Nathan by my cousin he said if your buying a property in Queensland you need to speak to this guy he is great he helped me and he will help you get a great deal. As an interstate investors we were looking to buy property in Brisbane. Back in April 2022 Brisbane market was simply too hot. Properties were going under offer overnight and real estate agents won’t bother to talk to you. We sought Nathan and team’s help to solve this problem for us. We had some discussions about our brief, Nathan was open minded and a good listener and he was able to appreciate our line of thought.
