I purchased a Peugeot 308 a few weeks ago to then have it break down and open up a world of problems. Mark and David took on my car extremely last minute, were really understanding when they opened up shop one morning to find my towed car waiting for them. I always struggle when taking my car to mechanics, I have absolutely no understanding and half the time say yes to things that I have no clue what I’m even paying for. Mark really digested everything for me, he broke everything down when he was explaining my cars situation. Mark guided me through the process with really honest and tailored advice. Not many mechanics invest the type of care and time the way these guys do. Definitely recommend!

Took my Audi A4 for a service here. Dave and the team were faultless. Transparent and genuine in all their dealings. They walk you through everything and never upsell you. They showed me the broken parts after they were taken out and provided a lot of details about what had happened and why when I went to pick up. Couldn’t have been happier. The best service! So honest, honourable and no upsell. just keeps it simple, tells you what you need and what you can push to next service. Really down to earth and got my car ready in the time frame I needed. even added the certificates for next rego with me asking. AND he noticed the wiper blades needed replacing. I dont think I've ever had a mechanic realise that in my life and I always curse weeks after a service about my streaky windows. Will be taking my cars here forever.

Even though Dave was busy he still took time to inspect my car and give me advice on what to do with my transmission issue. His free advice ended up saving me over $2,500 if I went to another mechanic. Will definitely be returning here.

True professionals, excellent customer service and experts when it comes to anything car related! I can't recommend John and Dave highly enough.
