Madison & the team at Browns Plains Mazda were fantastic. I have only brought 3 new cars in my life & Browns Plains Mazda was the best experience & customer service I have ever had. As I had to wait for my new pride n joy to arrive, Madison was always keeping me up to date on the progress of my new car. Staff are dishonest and ignorant, the lady just lied to my face and said we went above and beyond to wash and clean your car today and I want to make sure you’re happy with that. This is what I found when I picked up my car. Can you really trust these ppl with your car if they can’t even complete a simple job ?? So disappointing

I came to Browns Plains Mazda to test drive the Mazda 2 and was greeted by Jared in the sales team. Test drive went well and Jared was so helpful with additional information so we decided to go ahead and luckily there is a new car with wanted color arriving in the same day. Contract done in the same day and I actually got my car in less than a week, like 4 business day, can you believe that?Shout out to Jared in sales, Ab in finance, Ali car protection and a lovely lady in service sorry I forgot her name.Great experience, Mazda rocks!
