I've been living in housing for 12 years. Over a year ago I asked for a rent review as my payments changed from carer payment to jobseeker, a year later, I'm still paying the rate I was when I got carer payment because the rent review was NEVER DONE. So I've been overpaying rent for more than a year because someone couldn't be bothered? Not good enough.
