Horrible experience being served by Aimee she was rude and threw our food like it was her trash, literally she threw food from the belt for us to pick up. Shocking !!!If she doesn't want to work at the cash register, she should better be utilised for stocking the shelves or cleaning at the back.

Everything you would expect from the big chain. Lots of produce and lots of stock with a wide selection. They have a lot of products that cater for dietary requirements along with a bit of hot food available in the deli section.Staff are friendly and service unfortunately at times is a little slower or lacking organisation.

Clean and easy to access. Not enough manned checkouts at times. The checkout staff work hard, especially Michael. Also the new big guy was very helpful and had me smiling .

As if it wasn't hard enough to get served at a cash register at Coles in Buddina now they've taken away more serviced registers and put in more self service onea. I don't work there I don't want to serve myself.I can be juggling with other bags two kids and I'm expected to wait longer at fewer counters to get served. Then i see the elderly customers some of which are clearly struggling either having to wait on longer lines or struggle to serve themselves. It's disgusting i remember when shops would encourage customer service and you are just taking it away.
