All I wanted was a rough estimate quote, I called ACT Shower Screen & Wardrobes and the lady on the phone would not even give me a roundabout cost, she said I have to have the salesman come arround for a quote, then I dropped into the store and yes the lady on the counter was able to give me a rough estimate but again I had to have a salesman over to do up a quote but he only does quotes up till 2pm. This means taking 2 days off work which I'm not prepared to do 1 for the quote and 1 to do the job, you lost yourself a sale because your office lady was rude and you are not flexable in your ablility to give quotes.

Great job. The new shower screens in the bathroom and ensuite look fantastic.

I don't know how anyone could write a nasty review about his mob. They were punctual, courteous, kept us up to date on progress and were just a pleasure to deal with.

Seems this place isn't open to the public and only does trade. The public need to go out to Fyshwick

Has to be the worst service ever. I had a quote for a custom made shower screen and after several calls to obtain quote at correct screen height told they do not do retail any more.

ACT Shower Screens and Wardrobes – KolderThis company is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I have listed below my experience from having a shower installed by this company.1) At the beginning of November 2018, I requested a quote and measurements made and quote provided, requesting that I sign the quote, disclaimer documents and provide a 40% deposit. Which I did.2) About a week later I received an email stating that they had found my email in their Junk Email folder and they could not open the signed attachments. They requested that I resend the attachments. I immediately resent the email from my phone.3) The next day I received another email saying they could still not open the attachment. I resent the email from my laptop (finally they received the email and were able to open the attachment).4) Approx. 3 weeks later tradesman arrived to install my shower screen only to discover (after taking down the old shower screen) that one of the glass panels was the wrong size (wrongly measured at quote time). I was advised that they would need to reorder another glass panel.5) Approx. 4 weeks later the tradesman arrived to install the shower screen for the second time. He then advised me that he only had three door hinge covers instead of four and advised that he would leave one in my letter box for me to put on.6) I am a pretty understanding and patient person BUT still waiting…… 17 January 2019, I sent an email asking for the part to be posted out to me.7) 21 January 2019, I receive a phone call asking for payment. I explained that I was still waiting for the job to be completed and that I had not received an invoice for payment. Person I spoke with explained that she has just post out to part today.8) Not once have I received any recognition of any inconvenience they have caused, or acknowledgement of any wrongdoing. It just seems like this is business as usual for this company.My recommendation – use someone else.

They are working very slow and you could not count on their promise . Tomorrow I want to move the new property but wardrobes are not ready .

I was waiting for a very long time for my shower screen. Firstly, I was given one date followed by the second date and finally by the third one shower screen was installed. Waiting for over 5 weeks was too long. Shower screen had silicon all over it which was difficult to clean. When you in a hurry to move to your house use someone else.
