Derrick was awesome and he helped out a lot with getting my new ford ranger and was very professional and outgoing, great communication with the whole team and also with Peter and Taylor as well with the finance and inclusions but all and all it was a very quick and easy process to getting my new car which I have only dreamed of getting and having a team constantly follow up and getting things done very quickly was very helpful and I appreciate the service given and the manner in which they did it in.

Macarthur Automotive - where to begin. We bought a demonstration Jeep Cherokee S back in March 2022. They were quick to take our deposit money and slow to deliver the car. They lack communication skills. Do not respond to emails. Confirm they will give you the missing cargo cover and don't. Emailed the GM twice and still no response after 6 weeks. The sales rep had attitude. Never ever would I recommend them. This post would not be necessary if they just did what the sales rep told me he would do which is GIVE US THE RETRACTABLE CARGO COVER.

Would not recommend Macartur Automotive to anyone. Purchased a vehicle from here $58k.Absolute worst service I have ever had from any dealership . From the salesman to manager to service centre. Won’t return calls when informed about a issue with the vehicle from either the service centre the salesman or manager.Just a few of the issues. Vehicle not washed when I picked it up. No fuel in vehicle.Ding in sliding door ( which they ended up giving me the cash to fix it).when informed of issue with vehicle was informed they don’t think it’s a safety issue and they will get back to me . I have called and the salesman won’t accept my call. The service centre hasn’t called me back. It’s now been nearly a week and still nothing from anyone.LETS HOPE ITS NOT A SAFETY ISSUEUnprofessional is a understatementThey take your money and that’s where there service ends.
