I ordered our fridge and when it was delivered was damaged. I called straight away and sent photos. The next day I received an email saying a replacement fridge was being sent. There were no issues and Kaycee was amazing to deal with. Thank you so much

My shopping experience has always been pleasant with them. Bought few things on separate occasions. Communication is great. They also provide alternative options if the product I am after is unavailable. Definitely recommend!

Just editing my review from a 5star to 1 star as its just over a year since I purchased a Gseries bar cooler but using for 6 months. Customer service and delivery was all great at the time. I was contacted numerous times over 2 or 3 months by the company asking if I was satisfied with the Gseries Counter Back Bar Cooler. I found it truly satisfying that the after sale service was so accommodating. It stayed in its box for 6 months before my patio was ready, so in order for them to stop calling me I told them I was happy just so it would cease as the calls were quite frequent.However the item itself is a huge disappointment and sadly also the company. The detailed online description states 'Polar G-Series bar display refrigeration is designed for everyday professional use in demanding environments. With hard-wearing components and strong commercial construction, choose G-Series if you expect to be accessing the unit frequently.' Oh. and this 'The bar fridge's chilling performance is equally efficient.'Sounds like quality commercial refrigeration right?Is it a fridge or a cooler??? No mention online that the unit cannot be used outside as per the instructions located in the box.. On a warm day the cooler/fridge lowest temp sits on 10dg celsius with temp setting on 0 to 4 compared to online which states 2-8dgs. The only mention regarding 'not suitable for' was as a mobile cooler. Sadly it's FALSE ADVERTISING. I Regret I purchased from this company. Too late to return it now. I just feel I was ripped off.So if anyone is looking for a 6 month old indoor cooler in great condition and unmarked please contact. It comes with 9 months parts warranty. Or so they say.Marcus R.
