My wife tried to get some boxes picked up that Aussiefast had previously picked up and delivered to an accountant! For which they were paid! They refused to pick them up from the accountant after declining to accept credit card payment! She said so you are not going to pick them up and she was told they would not pick them up! They will now never use Aussiefast again!

I contacted Aussie Fast today, late morning, for a same day collection at 4pm. The phone officer was efficient and friendly, the quote was very reasonable and my item was delivered to me around an hour later, from the other side of town. The delivery person Steve, was well presented, helpful and friendly. I definitely rate my experience 5 star.

Worst customer service ever. The lady on the phone was rude and didn’t even listen what i was requesting. Don’t even bother to call them, you can get better service with your money
