Central Cleaning Supplies - Preston

Placed an order on the 5th of May 2022 - didn't get fulfilled. Emailed and called, someone internally even told customer service to get back to me. Didn't even get a call or email back. 12th of May emailed to cancel the invoice. Got a reply within seconds saying its been cancelled. Clearly don't know how to treat customers nor have any customer service skills. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Sold me a pretty flimsy wall cleaner that is very inconvenient to use, the head flings side to side when I'm trying to wipe something down, the sponge isn't very absorbent and leaks all over the place, when I inquired about a bucket to squeeze the residual liquid in he said I didn't need it and I should just use the sink. Pretty poor customer service or knowledge in this area especially since I told him what I needed. Didn't follow up either. Won't come back here again

Bought a power head and brand new vacuum from preston store on friday and the sales person advised that the power head could be connected to the vacuum directly , unfortunately the joints are different and couldnt do my jobThe worst part and frustrating is when i tried calling them on saturday morning ( the number advertised at preston store web site ) , my calls went to all other stores except Preston ( to footscray store - twice , sunshine store and carlton store ) and none of them could connect to preston, and they say it needs a additional connector to connect the power head and vacuum which means the preston store sales person has sold the product without any idea about the product, i did not receive a call back even after left a message and my number with footscray staff store staff memberit was very frustrating and wasted my time since friday to get this sorted out , will not recommend or visit preston store anymore

Great to see local stores doing their best to compete with business giants out there. Had a good experience in store and it was worth it to drive down all the way from Geelong just to get stuff for myself and friends. Awesome customer service and sales tactics made me buy more than I wanted. Highly recommended.
