Tom is a true master of breath-work who helps people access their latent energy. My 15yo son has thrived under his tutelage and I have also learnt new ways that enhance 20 years in martial arts. I highly recommend Tom's tailor-made sessions to anyone who needs to get back on track emotionally or physically. I was going through grief and separation trauma resulting in irregular sleeping patterns, weight loss, and overall physical weakness. After many years of full contact Karate followed by long term injuries and health concerns, I became unfit and overweight. I was searching for a PT instructor who had the patience to work around my injuries and get me back on track, but what I found was so much more in Tom.It not easy to describe the entirety of what Tom provides, to me its a thoughtful wholistic approach, individually tailored to where you are at personally with the foundation using your breath and fine tuning each session to where you are at and where you want to get to, encompassing diet, breath-work, over-all wellbeing and exercise and when you and your body are ready...mindfully pushing you as hard as your body is ready, to achieve your fitness goals.
