Disappointed to see a conveyancer working on this company providing advice to the vendor on not allowing us (buyers) on doing a pre-settlement inspection. The vendor took this opportunity to walk away from the house without taking care of it, left rubbish behind, destroyed the new lawns, clutter on the garage, dirty oven and so on . Our conveyancer tried multiple times to reach out for a solution with not a single response from them (Will Lieding) in this case.
