This is the second time I have used Frank to clean my fabric couches and just like the first time he was on time, meticulous with removing stains, polite and just a pleasure to deal with. Add to this a fair price for the work performed and i would have no hesitation in recommending Frank to anyone needing to have upholstery cleaned or any other service provided by Frank.

Overcharged to what I was quoted. The leather was wiped over with glitz leather cleaner. Something I could have done for $10 instead of $400 approx. a whetherim carpet shampoo was used - made no difference. So disappointed that I paid $575 for absolutely no change!

Having cleaned furniture before he came I did not expect to have to do so again to remove grey fluff from chair etc legs, skirting boards, along bottom of doors etc.And clean residue of spray used which stained mirrored wardrobe doors and other furniture.
