They provide excellent and fast service. My inverter had a relay fault and reported it straight away with photos of the fault and serial No of the unit. A replacement unit was sent out to me within one week. An electrician contacted me and replace it within two days of receiving the new unit. Very happy with it. Would highly recommend them

Shaun White gave good service to us when our Inverter has to be replaced. He kept us informed on the progress of replacement as was very patient.

Dealt with Shaun white and he communicated with me frequent letting me know what was going on, but it was a wait before I got my new solar board.

This firm used to be Australian Premium Solar, who went bust owing a lot of money to people. Paid for goods up front but never delivered. I think the owner is Aaron Ralston, calls himself sales manager or business executive. DO NOT be tempted by their prices! Get the goods first then when they are in your hands- pay. DO NOT pay them first. I am currently suing them to get my money back. Expect they will go bust before the court case goes through.

The service is great. They are so helpful will all questions on products and pricing. Aria is especially helpful on all enquiries we made!

Big thanks to Nish.With advice and guidence from Nish I Purchased a 15kW 3 phase (3 by 5kW inverters) Growatt off grid inverter system matched with 6 by 4.8 Kw lithium iron Growatt Hope batteries. The system is attached to 42 by 450 Watt type 1 panels ( also purchased on Nish's recommedation). It has been operating for approximately 7 months with no issues. The inverter information displays are easy to read and are informative. Yet to connect the inverters to the internet due to location and internet availability so cannot comment on details and statistics available from the internet website.Found that the advice given by Nish and the support arranged during installation was very good. System information documentation supplied with the install kits was good. Any issues raised with Nish during installation and commisioning was quickly delt with.The system was installed in a remote location in NSW to power irrigation systems. It was cost effective compared with arranging grid connectivity to the site.

I'm a solar installer for over 10 yeas now and I've never been disappointed in my life im fist to arrive to load and the last to leave over an hour wait will not recommend to anyone
