Frankly, a bamboozled service"

Looking at the timetable, it seems there is a bus from Nowra to Huskinsson on the weekend but no bus back to Nowra! What is the point of dropping off there but not picking up? Ridiculous when Jervis Bay is such a big tourist attraction and naturally most people will want to visit on the weekend!

A great reliable company run by a family that take care and pride in delivering a professional service in the public transport industry. This professionalism extends to the friendly staff who are always courteous and obliging.

I would rate this service 0 stars if possible.I booked a bus seat through Premier Motor Service/Nowra Coaches from Ulladulla to Narooma on a Sunday evening. The ticket was unclear as to pickup location as it had both The Marlin and McDonald's listed; I called to clarify and was told I could be collected from either stop. I spent an hour waiting in the rain for the bus to turn up but it never arrived. I was unable to contact the office as it was closed despite still having services running. I had to get a family member to take the trip there and back instead; an unnecessary waste of their time and fuel.I sent an email that evening asking what had happened but didn't receive a reply. When I called to ask for a refund I was put on hold and questioned, no explanation was provided as to why I was told I could be collected from somewhere the bus doesn't stop nor why it was printed on the ticket, and I only received an apology once I asked for one. They were also unable to tell me how long it would take to process the refund. An absolute lack of customer service considering the error was on them.

Never on time. This is ripping off the NSW transport on another level

Had to get the bus to town car being fixed good quick trip nice driver on the return different driver dropped me and my wife of close to our home wife has Parkinson's so the walk for her was not far thank you driver

Most drivers are great. About the only good thing going for this company. Do NOT depend on the services to depart or arrive on time. Don't fall into the belief that just because the timetable has a published time that it will actually follow it. Especially the early morning service leaving the Bay and Basin, which is essential for commuters, the 8 am train connection, and university students. Blamed on a Mix up" when it turned up nearly 1.5 hours later. Not the first time either. Drive if you can. PT in the area is not worth the risk or the overly expensive fares (e.g $12 each way [$24] / $240 a F/N out of wages."

Service is a hard question to answer, first you will have to work out which timetable they are working off cause they have a 4 online.So I can’t say much about the bus service but good luck trying to even know when the service is available.
