It's funny that once upon a time renting space to put stuff that you want but didn't need it, actually didn't exist. And now they even make shows about it. Storage has become a necessity for everyone especially for people who downgraded from a house to apartment or for people who have to travel and the only place to keep your possessions safe is to put it in storage. This place not far from where I live it provides a safe place to store anything you wish that otherwise would have taken to much space. It provides security for your possessions at price. And being that there is so many they offer all these options so to entice you to chose them. And from what I've seen there is storage and there is storage to the point it's advertised as a man cave. For the time being it serves a purpose which eventually will not be needed. Until then if you require as storage make sure you check it out get what you need because there will be someone who will try to pay for things that you don't need. And the most important thing is security it's your stuff that they are supposed to protect don't be afraid to ask questions

Friendly and helpful staff. Competitive rates

Zero Stars. Difficult to get access, you have to drive to the back of Officeworks and call a random number then be interrogated before they open the 3m high prison gates, which close behind you, you need permission to leave the security compound -- hard to believe this really just personal storage here. Staff were hostile and don't have any packaging available (even though it's a storage company FFS)!

Just went to pick up some moving boxes. They had plenty of stock at a really reasonable/competitive price. The service was great as well, and I was only buying some boxes.

Good COVID control allowing them to remain open for parcel collection, have to search hard at the gate to find the PH number to have it opened though
