Springfield Hyundai

I am not one to leave reviews but after dealing with this dealership over the last week I felt like it was the least I could do to save others from having to deal with the same problems. I would have thought that getting something installed onto a car that is a factory part would be quite a simple process. Not only did they manage to install a set of roof racks completely wrong they managed to damage the car in the process and then miss a bolt completly....all of which took more than half a day. We had a different car serviced and was told that there was a blown globe that required replacement. But they don't have the globe to change it, they will order it and can we bring the car back to have the new globe installed. We agreed, when the car was brought back in and the globe replaced it was found out that it still wasn't working.....can you wait half an hour so we can find out why. We did only to be told they still couldn't work it out. Took the car back in to get the roof racks fixed. Was told that the car would be ready on Thursday afternoon, we told them that's fine we won't be able to get back in to pick it up until Friday mid-morning. Get there Friday lunch time only to be told that they haven't finished!The worst customer service I think I have ever had to deal with. You would expect that given on both occasions it has been a mistake on their end that they would go out of the way to make things right... the more we have had to deal with them the more convinced I am that they employee under trained staff who have no idea what they are doing.

Our experience in purchasing a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Highlander from Springfield Hyundai was great. Rachel Clarke was amazing - knowledgeable, friendly and engaging. It was the best experience we have had when purchasing a vehicle.

Initially going into to test drive a prado they had recently gotten in, my partner & I ended up leaving with an i30 Sedan N a few days later. Without the staff being so helpful and lovely to deal with, we most likely wouldn't have bought a car at all.We want to thank Rachel our sales rep for her awesome work, and being so lovely to work with. Mitchel as well the sales manager who said we could take the test driven Sedan N in a last minute decision.Would recommend anyone look to purchase a Hyundai or second hand car to go through Springfield Hyundai, the team there make all the difference.I'm sure we'll be back!

This was a really pleasurable experience buying a new car with Rachel guiding me through the two different Hyundai’s I was considering. Once I made the choice the rest was easy with regular updates on progress on my new car. Rachel at Springfield Hyundai communicated exceptionally and was always pleasant and even ensured whilst she had a couple of weeks break I was checked in on. Once the car arrived it took a day to complete after factory adds and then on pick up day Rachel sat in the car with me and went through everything. Thanks Rachel and springfield Hyundai..
