Plumber comes out to check my hot water system, doesn’t even troubleshoot the system or look at the internals before telling me I need to replace the whole system for a cost of $2500. Turns out my Offpeak timer had failed and the hot water system worked perfectly - the plumber should’ve tested this at the very least before telling me to fork out for a brand new system. Won’t ever use these guys for anything, trying to scam people out of money it seems.

Frantically called Wilco Plumbers as my hot water system had burst. Office lady that answered was extremely considerate and understanding and had a plumber out to my place within the hour. My hot water system was replaced the same day and I was barely left without hot water for a few hours. Can not fault the service I experienced from this company. Highly recommend and would use again!!

Pathetic and should be illegal. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR WEBSITE PRICES. $250 later I got some guy using a plunger with no results... then tried to scam me $450 for something draino did for $7. Liars, scammers and a waste of time. False advertising. SOME RANDOM company turned up not mentioned on their website, a subcontractor I didnt agree to! They advertise under 24/7 plumber in 'insert area here'. Absolute hell to deal with... avoid at all costs"

Wilco came out when my plumbing went haywire. They were upfront and friendly about the work that had to be done and answered any questions I had. They began work on the spot and kept me updated the entire time. I was so glad to know the quality materials they use and had peace of mind that I was getting what I paid for. Would definitely use Wilco again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone else.

Called out plumbers to fix my leaking toilet, he attended same day. Plumber was very polite and explained what needed to be fixed. He had my toilet working in no time. Very happy customer!

Wilco has a bad record with department of Fair Trading. They have been fined many times. This is on public record.They request deposits that are above the legal sum of 10%. They send out a guy to quote who says he will be back but sends others so you don’t know who you are getting. They over charge. Replace pipes that do not require replacement.They were late. Work was not the best. The workers appear to be sub contractors and some do not speak English.Do not use this Company unless you want to be ripped off!

They promised to be by 7-8am. After several ping-pong calls during the day and excuses from their managers" it is 4.20pm already and we are still without toilet. I do not recommend that "business"."
