I was warmly received and treated with respect and professionalism as well as treated very nicely and felt really understood and the GP took the time to talk and create a friendly conversation as well as staying professional and helping me work on my health and improvement of it. I will recommend and come back to the practice for future GP services.

Understand people run late but it’s pretty bad service when you book an appointment for 8am and the doctor is 30 minutes late and the patients aren’t made aware of this. Better communication is needed.

Really loving and caring doctors!!! All of them!!!Even the receptionist staff would go beyond and above to help! It happened few times that there was no available appointments but they told me to come in as it was for my kids. They understand that kids can get sick over night. My family can not say one bad thing about this practice.

Attended for my daughter. She's a new patient. Online new patient form was quick and easy. No other forms were required to be completed on arrival, which is good.We saw doctor JOHAN BRINK.He thoroughly checked her just to make sure it wasn't anything more which I would always think is best.He wasn't rushing. And he covered all of my concerns. Thank you doc.CON: We were waiting for almost 1hr to be seen. As the apt was for my daughter and she was unwell, it would have been ideal to be seen quicker. She's 6yrs old, she was restless and uncomfortable as it is.

Dr Michael was very good. However, waiting time is between 40 minutes to 1.5 hours, always run behind schedule without notification. Also, appointment time or date was rescheduled by the centre probably 2 out of 10 times.

Just rang to make an appointment, my goodness by far the rudest receptionist I come across. She snapped instead of actually even answering. Watch your tone with people who just want to make an appointment. Apparently icing to the cake...no female doctors there at all. You don't even deserve the 1 star rating.

Dr Khalil is lovely, very genuine and caring and asks the right questions. I felt that he explained my options clearly and at a level I could understand. The nurse, (sorry I don’t remember her name) is so kind and efficient.My only negative is this place is tricky to find- it is not very clearly marked where the medical centre actually is?

Customer services very friendly and professional, the doctor who saw me, he is an absolute gem! Very polite and with positive vibes! The Registered Nurse who gave me the booster shot = what a lovely lady! We had a nice chat while she distracted me (horrified of needles) she was quick and comfortable to be in presence with! Thank you so much! Ill definitely come back!

For Doctors that give you the time that you need, for a Receptionist who obviously enjoys working with people, you can’t go past this Medical Centre.Professional, thorough and friendly.It may mean you have to wait awhile for your Doctor, but it’s a small price to pay for the personal attention you receive. Highly recommended.
