My spouse paid for a sample of a relationship statement. I needed the statement urgently for my visa, it was advertised that he would receive it within the time frame advertised, instead he had to plead with them after not receiving it and he got nothing. After complaining via email he was told the person who provides them was sick. He was then asked to justify why he should get his money back because they provided the statement after the deadline had expired. It was too late. He asked for his money back and was asked to provide a copy of his personal relationship statement to prove he didn't use their statement. This was an invasion of his privacy. Instead he provided a sample statement that he had to purchase separately online because the Immigration centre of Australia did not deliver the produce on time. After a number of emails exchanged he finally got our money back, via a notice in his bank account, with no apology by email. It was not a good experience at all.

My experience has been more then 5 stars dealing with both Parveen & Abhi to say the least. They have handled my business visa 188 application and PR application for 189 and have been very proficient. I have received my grant and funny part was the three year back and forth with the department. They stayed true throughout the process and are very professional to deal with. Highly recommend them to others.

Hey, I had a very bad experience with them.I was given a free initial consultation after that they asked me to come some other day and explained same details and charged me 175AUD.So please dont fall for that and save your pocket.They try to give false hopes on your initial consultation saying its easy for you to get PR, which is not true. They lacks professional ethics and morals. Dont trust them if you are desperate for PR though circumstances doesnt support.
