Sno'n'ski
AVOID – this company may seem like good value, but be careful as their quality and attitude is pretty cheap & nasty.Sno’n’Ski managed to mess up our booking for a family ski holiday in Thredbo, which meant that our youngest child wasn’t booked into childcare, plus Thredbo would not redeem against our Sno’n’ski vouchers for lift tickets or ski hire. This meant we missed our first half day of skiing (with a very upset child), and when we contacted a General Manager at the company afterwards they said it wasn’t an issue as the first half day of skiing was free anyway and apparently there was no financial loss incurred to us.It’s interesting that I’m not the only one that’s realised this about Snow'n'Ski, as since we booked through Flight Centre earlier in the year, Sno’n’Ski has now been dropped off their preferred supplier list - and Flight Centre will no longer book ski holidays through them.If Sno’n’Ski can turn a simple booking in the same country into such a disaster, I’d be scared to consider about travelling overseas with them. There are plenty of ski operators out there all offering competitive packages – highly recommend you avoid this one.
