We requested an emergency call-out at 11:30pm last Friday night as we tripped-out, but couldn't flick the switch back on.Mark from Newcastle Emergency Electrical was extremely helpful with some diagnostics over the phone, and then eventually came straight out upon assuming whet the issue was. He was at our house by midnight, undertook assessment and replacement of our switch (which upon inspection had a meltdown and was badly charred!), and was away just after midnight.We can't thank him enough for the great work he did, his friendliness & diligence. Absolutely do not hesitate in giving Newcastle Emergency Electrical a call (preferably for Mark at more suitable hours!).

Mark was responsive and diagnosed what had knocked our power out over the phone very quickly based on pictures of the fuse box. He arrived within 25 minutes and we had power back on again within about 30 minutes. Mark is polite and efficient, he also went the extra mile to ensure a secondary issue (which I'd caused trying to fix things myself) was resolved and we were 100% safe. Can't ask for much more than that.

Mark and Phil provided an outstanding service. After isolating a power issue with our dishwater they also quickly did some checks and uncovered lurking issues with a light circuit. After a quick assessment a complete upgrade of my RCDs was recommended at a great price. The guys promptly performed the upgrade and cleaned up my entire panel to make it a far more professional installation. Very confident now that I'll have zero electrical issues from now on!! Very happy with the service they provided.

I was very grateful for the prompt service Mark provided after hours after we lost power. He was thorough, punctual, fairly priced and had great communication. Mark worked quickly to problem solve via the phone and then was out within the hour to restore the power. I will be using him again (ideally during business hours). Highly recommended!!

Dont normally leave reviews however I felt I should let people know this is your man. Efficient, proficient, fair priced and didnt try to milk more money from the job which I have had from a certain elec mob in Newcastle.Will be utilising for all jobs from now on!

Contacted Mark from Newcastle Emergency Electrical in the evening for emergency help with power outage. He answered my call and helped me over the phone as much as possible.Whilst the power issue was sorted out before Mark attended my house, I was impressed with his willingness to help, good communication and professional attitude to the job. Six o'clock, power went out,no Freezer,Fridge, Oven,or Microwave.Renting and real-estate is closed, hubby not home(enjoying himself fishing)That means no baked chicken dinner yay takeaway, oh wait..No I'll have to ring someone ,need the Fridge and Freezer working or food will be spoilt..Rang this lovely electrician who could have charged me quite a bit for him just to come out and look plus whatever needed doing.But he was so lovely to talk me and my son through the possible issues and it was fixed in no time the iron had tripped the circuit breaker...well l guess l won't have to iron for a while,so that's good...I would highly recommend this most lovely man,10 out of 10...I'll be using him in future for any problems.Regards Penelope
