Visited here today just after 1:30 so being there lunch hour there were about 6 other customers in front. The two young girls were busy serving all promptly however, the younger male server didn’t have serving customers as priority. Our sandwiches had been started but we were then left waiting while the male was walking around talking negative in conversation about tasks of the job. Apart from that, the food was fresh and tasty!

Nice staff and great service at the Sarina Subway. We've stopped here twice on our trip up north, as it's right on the highway, but plenty of easy parking in the woolies complex.There are also public toilets here if needed, though someone had set fire to the women's toilet door, so it was out of action at that time!..

Dirty tables & chairs, one girl was great that started making the sandwich then comes to a stop when the next girl keeps stuffing around at the till.Not a store I'd be stopping at again.

Visited today approx 12pm and the 2 ladies that were working were great. Clean restaurant, beautiful sub and friendly service. Im sorry I didn't get your names. Short haired lady and other was blondish. Thank you both ☺️

Abysmal!None of the seem to care. Junior workers would just walk around on their phones not paying any attention to anyone or helping the new guy that was serving.The guy serving me must of been new or just slow, because it was extremely painful getting an order in. I thought he was just going to fall asleep any second.Also, how is Carrot, Cucumber and Onion the only options for salad?!?! there is literally no stock!Asked for prices on cookies and meal deals etc. but the guy had no idea! Train you staff better!

We came in at 7:30 when the doors shut at 8 tonight. We were greeted by a lovely lady who took our order for the family crew and was precise and careful when ordering. When seeking help from the other male on shift he threw his hands in the air and didn’t really want a bar of it. He later said to another customer “we just want to get out of here on time” this staff me member clearly has no understanding of how the business works and doesn’t care about customer service. It made us feel uncomfortable and like our business wasn’t wanted. He clearly has no clue as to what brings the money through the door. The customer does. The customer pays for his wagers. Appalling manor from him but lovely service from the lady

Tides out! In comparison to my local Subway, this store lacks decent customer service, a clean hospitality environment and all around lacked many ingredients being put on my sandwhich. Furthermore, the soft drink machine was out of order, to add insult to injury, the fridge soft drinks were low

I walked in and was asked if I was had an online order I replied No, and that was it the young male disappeared and the girl just kept making an order for the empty shop except me. Would be nice for customer relations to say I will be with you in a moment. The young male reappeared about 5 mins later and literally slapped my meatball sub together.If your staff are unhappy to work show them the door I will never eat at your store ever again with the attitude of your staff.
