Firstly I’d like to state that I am running under an alias. On a positive start to this review I’d like to mention the attractive hourly rate that drew me to this position. Dealing with this company was extremely time consuming and tedious. They have a lack of structure to their rostering systems. I had confirmed shifts via text messages and then when I actually turned up I was told I wasn’t on the roster. I tried calling them and no response. A bunch of cowards if you ask me. How hard is it to tell a person you’re no longer needed. If you’re looking for a quick money fix then great. It is by no means a long term career choice.

I have never worked for this agency but I'm constantly getting emails from them asking if I'm interested in doing generic low paying work.I've called and emailed back roughly 5 times now to inform them that I'm not remotely interested and for reasons I can't comprehend I'm still getting emails (essentially spam) from these people.I've had to go out of my way to collect evidence and lodge a formal complaint with the appropriate government body that handles these issues so that they'll leave me alone.It's absolutely ridiculous that I've had to take it this far!

I too am being sent unsolicited emails. They don’t have an unsubscribe button and a staff member named Stephanie Breteler chose to ignore my 5th email requesting to be removed. I have now been directed to OAIC to lodge a formal complaint.

Lied about what the job was and then once on site and realized that they had not only been telling lies to me, but also the employer.Had to ask multiple times to stop them sending emails - of which they still haven't removed me.*Avoid at all costs*

I worked briefly for this company in 2014 and was completely taken advantage of. The unprofessionalism and lack of value for their staff is appalling. I worked in admin, doing payroll for over 200 casual staff per week on $11 an hour 'a trainee' however never signed as a trainee. I was never paid super. I had gone on leave due to health issues (a heart condition) and saw my job advertised on Seek whilst on leave. I googled today to see if they are still up and running and cannot believe they are. Such a horrible company. I went to school with the girl in my role prior to starting and they did the same to her.

Very bad experience with this agency ..had a interview with this agency signed in was shown to a room to sit n wait bith myself and a friend.One of us was asked to leave bcause according to them she didnt have a interview even tho we were both sent emails detailing this...so we both walked out

Excellent Team, who knows what they are doing. I am very impressed with Samantha's consulting skills, she takes her time to look after you as a job seeker.
