Emily at the Edwardstown office yesterday was BRILLIANT! I only spoke to her on the phone but she was friendly and professional, glad she knows that those aren't mutually exclusive.Was looking for a Limbo Leg Thingummy and she tracked one down and was holding it for me. I later found one for $20 and felt bad having to cancel my order. She fully understood.She's a great ambassador for your company, you should be proud to have her.Try to think positive and test negative!Thanks Emily again for your help!Tamsin Moore xxx

Have rented multiple items over time—hospital Beds, wheelchairs, walkers, etc. service is very poor—very long wait times when calling the store, being put on hold for long periods. Delivery people are very helpful so they get top marks. Very poor value for the price.
