A efficient, reliable and informative business. AEP provide concice communication via text message and even sent me a text when they were on their way and an ETA of travel time - for a busy person this was very handy. I highly recommend AEP after they installed 3 split systems. The team turned up on time, they asked the right questions, right from the start, to get the job done and they left the place as they found it (clean and tidy). Great price too. I will not hesitate to use AEP again.

Ethan was great at communicating, on-time and his whole team were super friendly! They installed a new ducted system for us - which has been working great during these last few 40degree days! It was also done for a great price after getting a few quotes from other businesses.

I would love to review their work but tradesperson did not turn up even tho I got a 30min trade is on their way alert. I never got a phone call offering an explanation. The best part is 1 week later I got an invoice charging me for all the work they apparently did. Rang office asking for explanation and was told I would recieve a call back but yet again no call back. I regret ever calling this company.

Ethan and the team were excellent to work with. We had a ducted system installed with our builder, but had some issues with error codes and setting up the automated system. Ethan was punctual, friendly and professional. He supported us to set up temperatures that would not only keep us comfortable, but also be economical. We have enjoyed the lower electricity bills!! Highly recommend Ethan and the team.
