Absolutely disgusting behaviour from one of the girls. Claimed she asked us if we wanted sugar in our drinks when she didn’t ask at all. We went back to ask if they can remake it as we are diabetic and can’t have sugar. she got angry at us saying she did ask us and that we should’ve told her when it’s her job to ask us about sugar and ice level. We wasted money on drinks only for them to be thrown away by the girl as she couldn’t be bothered to make us new ones. Do better honestly.

Rude staff. They got my order wrong, and when I voiced my concern, the lady serving me lied. I wanted pearls in my tea, and when I noticed there was none, I asked the girl about it, and she said that she had asked me if I wanted the pearls and claimed that I said no. She lied. So it was more convenient for her to lie about it than admit that she was wrong. Horrible. Don't go there.

Revisit again after a month 10/9, the new staff you had was very impolite. On my second purchase on the same day, she said she had not finished yet when I scanned my card. You were very rude in both occasions. Please learn how to serve customers properly. Worst customer service from Gong Cha ever.

Very good and nice service from team today. They give me free bubble from my loyal customer card, very nice which is gong cha at suffer Paradise and Pacific Fair in Gold Coast as always try to avoid to do for customers even regular customers. Thank you

Besides the very quick and efficient service, it doesn’t mean that is effective toward customer’s hospitality. My complaint was the attitude of the employees lack of friendly communication. The business has felt downgraded ever since and filthy hygienic of their sit down tables.

I was trying to get my favourite Mango latte with mango pearls today 10/03/2022 and the lady who was collecting the order kept on telling me no soda...." I couldn't understand what she meant after asking couple of times I came to know she meant "sold out". She was very grumpy looking when I told her I didn't understand what she said.I can totally understand that we all will have different accents but shouldn't get grumpy if someone say they didn't understand you.I felt like she was like someone waiting to catch fish after throwing the bait. Once money taken don't care about anything..... 0 customer friendly .... Get rid of this staff member if you want business."

The other gong Cha location that took my points and didn't give me a free drink. I like the drinks but they need a better way of getting loyalty points if I am going to go there again

Every time I order a drink from Gong Cha, I get sick and nauseous, which never happens at other bubble tea stores. I don't know if it's because of the ingredients or the general uncleanliness of the store. You're definitely better off going to the other bubble tea stores at Inala which are more affordable as well.

Staff aren't friendly and it just doesn't feel clean.Menu is pretty standard, the roasted lemon melon tea is pretty good.

Nice drink. However, service was veru terrible. I just ordered a milk tea. I asked if i could get a free drink from my point. She stared at me asking what do you mean" i already told you it s free". i smiled and said Sorry i didnt hear that.Then she put my drink there with a straw and pushed to me. I said " you look tired". She threw me a very bad look and walked away.I wont ever go back. The Share Tea and all restaurants sell milk tea."
