A budget place. You get what you paid for. Actually decent with attached bathroomThe attendant was nice and friendly.

We've only checked in today for a month. Room is reasonable size, bed is a bit soft for us but we'll see how it goes.

I stayed here, It's just an old house with the bedrooms setup for guests. Furniture is low class, the door to the verandah on my room couldn't be opened, The window was fixed open a bit, the door lock was catching be about 1mm, The only air conditioning was from the hallway AC via the flip out window above the bedroom door! Although a 10 min walk from Chatswood station, it's not an easy walk. I felt insecure there and I was lucky it wasn't a hot or cold night on the nights I stayed. If you are on a tight budget and only need 1 or 2 nights, fine, otherwise spend the extra $50-$70 a night and get a real hotel. I will never stay again.

Don’t stay here with all do respect! Stayed in room 1B. Horrible place. Super old everything - I’m talking the tv, bed, bathroom, microwave, fridge, you name it. The door that is used to close the room had a HUGE gap at the bottom to potentially invite insects and ants.....had to stuff that gap with clothes. They want you to off the air conditioning when you’re not there which is fine but to do so you have to get on your hands and knees and reach under a table and behind the fridge! The tv barely works. One channel comes through clearly. The bathroom is horrific. The place is old and unclean. You can hear people stomping around upstairs and speaking Chinese loudly at times. I paid $918 for 10 nights but had to leave after 5 due to a family emergency. No refunds was the policy. Wish I had just splurged for the extra $200 and gone to the Waldorf! This place is not as described in the write up! Please be aware! It’s also difficult to turn into the property and no room to turn the car around. Worst experience ever.

The rooms are a bit dated by modern hotel standards but they are clean and comfortable. Shower and toilet were acceptable. The host provided an honest assessment of the room, allowed pre-inspection and rates are good for accomodation that is within a 10 min or so walk to Chatswood station.The internet connection was good and reliable.Keys are provided for the side entrance gate, entrance to and from the room is convenient.On site car parking is available. You may want to survey the street entrance by foot first as Fullers Road is busy so it is good to know exactly which driveway to use to enter the site.

Only gave one star because you have to if you want to rate and review. Very unprofessional. I rang ahead and booked a room for two of my workers giving all of my credit card details. When they arrived they were told that they had to have the credit card. Then the lady was reluctant to give back my card details. Then cash was offered but she still wanted my credit card details, why? When she was told that she wasn't getting them, my workers were told they could go else where. Just what you need after a hard days work. We will never go back!!!

Really good converted house. Clean rooms, good facilities, honest management. Fantastic lodgings great price.

Stayed for 35 Nights. Dishonest host. Garden Lizard enters the room and often found running near the bed or table inside the room. Host often put wrong and unreal reasons like you use AC and AC makes noise and you will have to pay more dollars. Bathroom has no tissue hanger next to seat.

Incredibly basis & absolutely no frills Accommodation.Very close to Chatswood Shops, Cafès & Train station (5mins walk).Our accommodation was part of a extension to the main house. Seemed like minimal insulation so could hear almost everything in next room.On a busy main road so loads of road noise specially at night. Also made it difficult to drive out of.If you're looking for somewhere to just sleep it's OK.It currently has a 2** rating - I would agree
