We visited numerous windows fabricator showrooms and so overwhelmed with available options and not sure how to proceed especially since this was our first time to have all windows and doors replaced.It took us more than 6 months - four of which was the lock down period in Sydney- to do our research and at the end we have decided to go with the AWS system.By chance, we found TK Aluminium on the AWS website. At first, we hesitated as there was only one review and not much else, however after visiting the showroom and interacted with Kevin from TK Aluminium we decided to give it a go.Ours is a two-story double brick house built in the late 1970s and I suspected that all windows and doors were of original condition. The task of removing and replacing windows and doors was quite daunting and one arch window imposed a challenge due to its awkward position. The AWS quality is top notch; however, it is the quality customer service that made the whole process more enjoyable.Kevin is the owner of the business, he knows his trade, he is very knowledgeable and accommodating and he really cares about his customers and the products. He gave me some good advice regarding our sliding doors. One thing I should mention that his quote is reasonable as AWS system is often very pricey.
