From the first phone call to the job being completed I was impressed. The quote was quick, and the job was scheduled earlier than I thought. Always very quick to answer texts or phone calls. Simple process to get a quote without the need for a physical visit.Ash turned up on time and then proceeded to complete the refitting of the air conditioner much easier than original quote. I highly recommend these guys. So thankful today that David was able to come out and fix my broken heater within 4 hours of my call. He was thorough, professional, prompt and took the time to explain everything to me. My heater is working the best it has ever been in 4 years. As a mum home with a sick child I was so appreciative of this great service- I would highly recommend.

I never felt compelled to write up a Google review until now! Due to my AC system busting up at the worst possible time (just weeks before Summer) it was a pain to try to find anyone who could come out to fix the AC urgently! Although Facilities Cooling and Heating were heavily booked, they managed to fit me in for an appointment on a late afternoon. They also called me to let me know how far they were away in peak hour traffic (yet they still made it on time!). They got my AC working again within 30-40 mins, and charged a reasonable price too. I even offered to pay slightly extra due to the fact they fit me in on a tight schedule and pushed themselves to help me out well toward 6pm, but they said that wasn't necessary. These guys are reliable, HONEST, and flexible. Like i mentioned, their service was so good that I felt compelled to write up my first ever Google review!

When installing the external part of the AC on the roof of our apartment building they broke tiles and did not admit responsibility. Then the internal component became noisy after about 2 years. Despite quoting a 5-year parts guarantee they refused to repair it or even perform an inspection. It's difficult to think of worse service. Do not consider this extremely unethical company.

Got a new daikin ducted installed before xmas. Boys were great, on time and cleaned up. Happy to leave a good review.
