Absolutely disgusting treatment by the unfriendly staff. I moved back home, from interstate, new to this area, and have no regular, decent doctor atm. These people made me feel less than human, EVERY SINGLE VISIT. Don't waste your time here if you are asthmatic, they take at least 15 mins and 15 questions later, record your name ect, question me because I don't have a dr yet, my son needs it also, his asthma is triggered by his hay fever allergies, still they play god over ventolin ...I ended up walking out on the weekend without the ventolin after 15 mins of interrogation, in front of other customers too I might add....before I had an anxiety attack from the treatment I recieve there. ALL FOR AN OVER THE COUNTER MEDICATION!!! We do all the right things to manage my asthma, but this chemist will judge you and treat you with the least respect, ive EVER seen from a chemist. I though it was just me.....until I read the other google reviews. Absolutely horrid people work there. The also give generic brands ive NEVER had before, said other pharmacies have it as well, but never in 15 years of taking this medication have I never seen this generic brand they gave me. I hate this chemist, honestly avoid it if you can.

Very happy with service my partner and I both have COVID rang pharmacy for some meds within 30 minutes made up and delivered. Very grateful thanks to all the staff.

This store is in a quiet centre and I've never seen it crowded so you can get service easily. It is well stocked and the staff seem friendly. Got my jab there and it was done quickly without any problems. A great pharmacy overall!

Never go to this pharmacy..the pharmacist is charging too much for the medicine I am taking for last few years for just under $6 but he charged me five time more and justify that in WA it's our price as we are private .He is so proud to say that .Shameless guy ..Please save your hard earned money and don't go to this pharmacy ...

Someone needs to change opening hours on website, 8.15am, no-one here!!!!!

Extremely unwelcoming and unfriendly. Haven’t been for a long time so thought I would pop in and give them a go. The lovely smiling face of the pharmacist on the poster outside looked welcoming however that very same person was absolutely not welcoming at all and in fact I felt like I was a bother! Won’t be going back for a third time! Terrible customer service! Honestly why don’t businesses realise the importance of a smiling face and helpful and welcoming service and demeanour. It’s not like we have nowhere else to go these days! That’s why it’s never busy I guess!

Worst experience ever certifying documents. When I tried to certify my driver's license and wwc, I just needed ONE additional sentence saying I am the person pictured in the photograph. Alfa was extremely stubborn and rude and refused to write just that one sentence, saying she has never had to do anything like that before, when I know that my documents would get rejected if I didn't have that additional sentence. Never experienced someone as rude as her before. Even though I paid her to certify my documents. If their customer service is this rude just on certifying documents, I can't even imagine how appalling the service would be when I'm actually getting medications. Never coming back here ever again and advising my friends and family the same.

After a somewhat negative experience, Pharmacy 777 went above and beyond to rectify the situation and explain what had happened. Great proactiveness team!
