Had Greg come out to fix our washing machine. First fix revealed another problem that he needed another part for. I then had to call Greg for updates, and be told the part would be in 'this week' or 'tomorrow'. After chasing him up more than six times, he promised to call me the next day. Still waiting for that call back in January. Bought a new machine instead. Just felt like they didn't care about us.

My advice - stay away.

Gregg promised to give us a fixed quote for repairing our dishwasher on the phone, came and checked the machine and said it would cost us around $300. He charged us $120 for his first visit, saying that it would be included in the fixed quote he gave us initially. Then, he sent us a brief message saying the spare pieces he was looking for were more expected than he thought, so we had to pay more, an amount close to $400. I am still trying to recover my $120 from him. He is not trustworthy at all, he’s a scammer, so, definitely stay away from him.

Messaged GVT details with the issue of our Westinghouse oven. Greg identified possible fault. He supplied an estimate quote and costs involved. Came out within 48 hours. Tested and fixed our oven within the hour. Very knowledgeable and professional service. Would highly recommend and the cost was reasonable. 5 Star Rating. Thank you Greg!!!

Stay away. He is dangerous and with a very bad temper.
