An experience that I truly regretted.It was my first time here and it sure will be my last. I had three staffs working on my pedicure and manicure during busy hours. I believe it was Ben that did my manicure with French tips and I was not happy with the result. During the process I politely correct the nail technician a few times and noticed he continued to rush the service due to customers waiting in line.After complaining to Ben about the service quality that I received he denies it and refused to fix my nails and said “to me it looks good”. I pointed out the problem, he blamed me for not correcting it earlier and accused me for not wanting to pay by making a complaint.The staffs are not professional and are not skilled enough to do quality basic nails and understand good customer service.I paid full amount for a bad service and walked out with uneven French tips and low quality nails.

The staff are lovely people but was not worth the price of what i received. We both got a pedicure, the paint job looked like a child's nail painting. There was no cuticle work. My nails, I asked for coffin and got more of a square shape. No cuticle work either on them which has made my nails look outgrown and charged $60 just for a gel paint for a friend and $60 for my sns. Which is fine for me but doesn't make sense when there's no extension for my friend. Apparently, they are cash only but have an eftpos machine (it was working too), just dodgy. Disappointing

I paid to have my gel acrylic nail removed and was left disappointed with the job only half done. I am left with a decent layer of hard gel still on my nails which means my nails will have no chance to recover because I do not have the tools to remove it correctly hence why I went there.As I said, a job only half done but they were happy to take my money.

so disappointed with the service I received today, went into the salon at 9:20am, for a full set of acrylics: the salon only had 3 other clients receiving a service. At 11am I was forced to leave before my nails were completed because I was due to attend a wedding at 1:30pm which I had asked prior to sitting down if it could be done within the hour and was assured it would be. The staff then insisted I paid $65 for unshaped, unpainted acrylic nails. When I said I wasn’t paying that, they then told me $55. I will never be returning to this salon again.

Literally the best set of nails you can get in Bendigo. Amazing shaping and even better customer service. I was greeted and got the most amazing nail tech, Jason, who was exceptional. Will definitely be back!

Clean, friendly & professional.My first time here, due to a disappointing experience/outcome in another salon whilst travelling. It was a pleasure to have my nails done here, so a big thank you Jason. Quality work, not rushed, attention to detail & a beautiful result, and yes I will be returning.Cash or card accepted also.

Super happy with my nails I got from the man who did my SNS today. The nails I got were top notch.The only negative thing I have to say is the wait times. They didn’t seem to turn anybody away even though they were clearly running behind and people were waiting a while to be looked after.

I just thought I'd update my previous review as my initial review was deleted by you. During my very rushed pedicure I had cuts on my feet which took ages to heal. I still can't wear shoes for long term as one of my toes was cut so far back to the quick it got infected. Still in pain from before Christmas 2022. As previously stated by another review payment was demanded. My biggest regret was not following this up professionally. Should not be able to run a business like this

I enjoyed going here so much. Everybody there was so welcoming, kind and funny! The nail artist did such a good job and I’m definitely coming back. 100/10 recommend!

I went in to this business to get my shellac nails removed and cleaned up as I’m giving them a rest.The lady takes a fake nail and just starts popping them off! Didn’t even bother soaking them, I was so disappointed I said I could have done that at home if I wanted to ruin my nails! And they are now ruined.The place had 2 customers it’s not like she didn’t have time.I walked out went to K-mart and bought myself nail strengthening polish.
