Starting with the pleasant young lady on the phone, to Alex’s patience & commitment to ensuring we understood everything, the installation crew led by Jeremy were fantastic & follow up by Jack. Everyone has made this a simple and easy process. Even the inspector was impressed with the set up! Definitely have no hesitations in referring All Star Energy.

Spent a lot of time speaking to different solar companies but All Star were the first company I felt actually put time and effort into designing the right system for me.I was a little apprehensive to have an hour presentation with one of their specialists at first, but there was a big difference between the process they went through with me and the generic quotes I recieved elsewhere.I did have a small issue with my inverter after install, but the aftercare service was great and somebody came out and recitified the issue within a few days.They also gave my pensioner mum a discount because I had installed with them. Very happy, thank you Joanne and team!!

Solar panel installation process was simple and efficient from start to finish. It was a pleasure to deal with Alex and Jack, they explained the process and assisted in applying for the rebates, they were transparent and timely in all of their communication. The tradies were very professional and on time! Great customer service from everyone involved, highly recommend this company for your solar panels.

Allstar Energy were legit from the get go. The customer service we received was excellent - Alex, Jack and the team were great and provided us with all the info we needed to make getting solar easy. It was a big decision for us, but the team answered all our questions and gave us everything we needed. Can't recommend these guys enough!

Just purchased my first home and decided to have solar installed. Alex spent 3 long calls with me as I had so many questions and he was very patient. Communication from Jess regarding installations and rebates was also great. The install took less than a day and the men that came were so friendly and left no mess. Haven't had my first bill yet but my AGL app showing I'm only spending around a dollar a day on my bills!! Will be recommending to my friends!

Had solar installed in August 2022, but still not connected to the grid. No paperwork no nothing. Very unprofessional people. Cant even get in contact with them.

Installation process and the follow up of Jack and the allstar energy team is exceptional. They followed up all the process ( installation, retailer , distributor) . I was expecting the process to be slow due to lockdowns in Melbourne but the inspection was done in 2 days after installation, and I was ready to use my panels nearly in 3 days time. Happy with my current production, thanks a lot.

Fantastic service! Alex came to our home and spent several hours with us. No question was to difficult. He helped set up all the rebates. The electrician team that did the install were amazing. Again explaining everything, helping set up apps etc. Would highly recommend Allstar and the team they work with. Very happy with service and follow up service too.

Alex was great in providing all the information I needed to make a decision to proceed. He configured a system within a couple of days and organised all the government rebates. Thoroughly recommend All Star Energy for solar solutions. Once we made the decision to go ahead the installation took place within 2 weeks. Great work Alex. I look forward to my next bill.
