Service these days are practically non existent but I went to Barke's 2 days ago to buy an air fryer, service was exceptional and I didn't get the salesman's name. It was raining heavily and he told me to go and sit in the car and he will bring out the receipt, the change and the airfryer. I said that he would get sopping wet and he replied it's all okay and part of the service. He got very wet doing just that. Price was great also. Very highly recommend David Barke's. Thank you.

Very disappointed with their customer service.We purchased a fridge as the old one didn’t work. We wanted to pick up as didn’t want to wait for delivery. We asked if we could borrow a trolley as we lived a few streets down and offered to leave a deposit to ensure of its return. We were denied this request with 6 trolleys in the warehouse lined up. Trying to support local business but won’t be going back again as we didn’t think the request was unreasonable.

The staff here are very attentive. You are initially left to look around before being offered assistance. I have bought many appliances and I was back for another. I like being served by Jakub as he is very helpful. Sadly, all in vain as David Barke's is closing for good (retiring) in a few months.

Want to call out the amazing customer service and experience I've had dealing with these guys. I've recently purchased a Smeg appliance and I cant remember the last time I have had such a great experience. Given the current environment Ive dealt with the purchase over the phone & online. Everything has gone so smoothly, been kept fully up to date on the order the whole way through - it really pays to shop local and have the extra personal touch from the team here.

I've purchased quite a few products from here...simply put the staff are so knowlagible of their products but just as important is their pricing ..but to me personally the happy staff make it so easy to want to go in before any where else..such a fantastic helpful and cherry bunch

I had the pleasure of being served by Melina @ David Barke Rosebud.Her product knowledge helped me to decide what would suit our family needs and what would not....and her level of customer service was 'old school' and authentic. Very happy with our purchase of Noirot Panel Heater from David Barke Rosebud and the outstanding service we received in store gives me the confidence to return as we need to further upgrade our appliances.
