Debra Miller Cosmetic Tattooing

Been seeing Debra for roughly 7 years and there is no one else I trust to touch my brows and eyeliner. After really bad tattoo experience before Debra is very passionate with her knowledge in pigmentation and colours to make sure I did not experience what I have experience in the past.

Absolutely Horrible Experience. Thank goodness Victoria has mandatory face masks to hide the revolting job Debra did to my lips.I deeply regret not doing my research and finding all the other bad reviews people have left Debra. Multiple complaints on her Facebook page and elsewhere.I paid $930 for a atrocious lip tattooing job. The outline is hard and harsh and does not blend in at all. There are noticeable dots in the corner of my lips and the outline is wonky and uneven. One place the tattoo goes well outside my lip line while in other places it goes inside. Nothing is even. I feel sick every time i see a mirror. I raised my concerns the day after the procedure and Debra assured me everything was fine. A few days later I raised concerns again and her pleasant personality suddenly changed to rude and abrasive. She refused to help or see me at this time then blamed me for the outcome. She become very hostile and unpleasant and then blocked me when I said her unprofessional manner was making me uncomfortable. Many other reviews have said the same about her. . Now I'm left with a mangled mouth needing major corrective work and Debra refuses to even give me the pigment colour she used so I can have my lips fixed. In my opinion her 30yrs of experience is a lie and her personality is disgusting. Please do your research before seeing her.

My eyebrows have been getting (naturally) paler by the year and I was getting a bit tired of having to remember to get them tinted all the time. I'd not really considered tattooing until my beauty salon told me about Debra's services. My approach was a mix of mild curiosity, caution and 'oh what the hell give it a go'. I went in not knowing what I wanted or what to expect, but Debra's a total professional. She's got years of experience, so after a friendly chat about what sort of outcome I wanted, she knew exactly what to do. It's now about 2 months later and I've just been for my follow up appointment. I couldn't be happier! The process was painless and the colour settled down after a week and looked fantastic. The second appointment was to check the colour and style, and my eyebrows are looking better than ever. I'm absolutely thrilled with the result, and would recommend Debra in a heartbeat. I am so happy with the results and the service I got from Debra Miller Cosmetic Tattooing. I was unsure what to expect but I was made to feel very welcome and everything was explained to me so I felt very comfortable with what to expect. I had my eyebrows done first then on my next visits I had scars done so they weren't as obvious. I now feel more confident and definitely happier. Thank you Debra :)

After 3 feathered eyebrow tattoos elsewhere that didn’t hold the pigment, Debra suggested ombré for me. Although the warmer colour and vibrancy are still evading my skin type and fading, the shape of my brows and Debra’s skills are top notch. The eyeliner took well and is subtle and flattering. Debra redid my eyebrows at no extra charge after the fading but as they haven’t held to our expectations, Debra wants to try again with a 6 month break to let it heal but this time with a different type of pigment. I’m excited and impressed with her dedication to customer satisfaction! And, what a beautiful, modern and clean studio.

She is such a lovely person and will make you feel comfortable and confident in her ability immediately. From JB:I have seen Debra several times, originally to have my Brows tattood. They are so natural looking in colour and shape it was the best choice to have them done.I had scars and skin grafts on my nose from skin cancer removal. They looked ghastly and makeup never really covered them. Debra tattood colour into these areas and I am delighted as they are no where near as obvious as they were. I don't feel the need to cover them up as I used to.Debra is so experienced and accomplished in her field, you always feel very relaxed and important to her.
